Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all manuals and accessories, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
